Not a big review poster, and I've only had this a few weeks, so we will see. But great customer service is rare today and deserves a shout out... and this was. Is this a super powerful solar aerator? No, it's what it says, for small spaces. Bonus that it does hold "energy" to run when the sun goes down, unlike my last one (note: we live in a very sunny spot, so shade is never an issue). We followed all directions on water depth, equal height of both stones, no kinks in line, etc, and only one side of the aerator worked well, almost no bubbles came out of the second stone. Emailed the customer service contact as was on their instruction form, and was surprised to get a response (after reading some other customers had this same problem with one stone broken and no solution), and they resolved the issue right away. Could not have been easier to work with.
